Reports to:

Transportation Supervisor

 

Qualifications:

Certification according to State and Federal Guidelines.

 

Goal:

To provide safe and efficient transportation to the districts students, allowing the students to take full advantage of all curricular and extra-curricular activities.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To be familiar with all laws and regulations governing school bus transportation.
2. Maintain discipline on school bus, according to district policy.
3. To clean bus interior and exterior on a regular basis.
4. To fuel bus as needed.
5. To report maintenance needs to the supervisor.
6. To be available for extra driving when assigned.
7. To keep daily records and other as needed.
8. To report stop arm violations to proper authorities.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
