Highlights:
- Position will last the duration of the football season.
- Compensation determined using the district scale, based upon experience.
- Position will be open until filled

Reports to: Head Coach, Athletic Director, High School Principal

Qualifications:
1. Must have valid Idaho Teacher Certification or successful completion of the NFICEP
American Sport Education Program.
2. Must have ability to organize and supervise a sports program.
3. Must have previous experience in sport area or equivalent training.
4. Must have ability to communicate and use good judgment in dealing with personnel,
students and parents.
5. Must have a satisfactory knowledge base of the technical aspects of the sport or
activity and the ability to work under the direction of a head coach.
6. Must pass criminal background check.

Goal:
To instruct students in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for
them to realize a degree of individual and/or team success. At the same time, provide
direction that will assist the player in developing moral values, pride of accomplishment,
acceptable social behavior, self-discipline and self-confidence.
